Unilever acquires skincare brand Tatcha

The deal is expected to close during the third quarter of 2019

Anglo-Dutch consumer-goods group Unilever has acquired Tatcha, a San-Francisco, US-based prestige skincare brand rooted in Japanese beauty traditions.

The deal—terms of which were not disclosed—will see the brand join Unilever’s growing Prestige portfolio.
