Cosmetics packaging company Albéa completed its acquisition of Rexam Personal Care, Cosmetic division. With the Rexam integration, Albéa now operates 46 plants in 14 countries, where it manufactures packaging for the make-up, skin/ personal care, fragrance and oral care markets.
