Members of the Jabès family have sold a 45.13% stake in cosmetics group Nuxe
Belgian holding company Sofina has acquired a 45.13% stake in French cosmetics group Nuxe.
The shares were sold by members of the founding Jabès family. Majority stakeholder Aliza Jabès will remain president of the group.
