JD.com raises $3.9bn in Hong Kong listing

Chinese e-commerce platform JD.com raised HK$30.1bn (US$3.9bn) in its listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

The company, which is listed on the Nasdaq in New York, priced its 133 million new shares at HK$226 (US$29) each.
