French family owned fragrance house TechnicoFlor has acquired Azur Fragrances, an independent fragrance company that creates fine fragrances, bodycare, haircare, home care and home fragrance products.
Azur Fragrances was founded by Andreas Von Loringhoven in Grasse in 1978.
