French manufacturer Anjac Health & Beauty is to acquire beauty manufactuer Roval Cosmétiques.
Anjac specializes in formulating and manufacturing cosmetics, food supplements, medical devices and drugs.
Anjac will report turnover of €400m (post-acquisition), has 12 companies, 20 R&D production sites and some 2,000 employees (post-acquisition).
In the past few years, Anjac acquired France-based Innovi, Pascual Cosmétiques and Aircos. The company also acquired Feltor Laboratories in Spain and Cosmetix West in California in 2019.
Roval Cosmétiques reported turnover of €100m in 2019, has some 400 employees and has three sites in France and one in Spain.
Roval Cosmétiques specializes in the hygiene, haircare and perfume markets and Ecocert certification.
