Berlin Packaging has acquired Italian cosmetics packaging company Cosmei.
Cosmei provides packaging for beauty brands in the indie, prestige, and masstige segments. Cosmei was founded by Michele Cicchetti and is headquartered in Bagnolo Cremasco, in Italy’s Cosmetic Valley. It also operates a sourcing office in Guangzhou, China.
The acquisition is part of Berlin Packaging’s continued investment in the beauty industry.
