Skincare and cosmetics brand Chantecaille (Beiersdorf Group) has appointed Tennille Kopiasz as CEO, effective today. Kopiasz succeeds former CEO Emily Coleman and will be based at the company’s global headquarters in New York City, US. Kopiasz reports directly to Beiersdorf Executive Board Member Oswald Barckhahn.

Kopiasz joins Chantecaille from beauty and personal care holding company Blue Mistral, where she was CEO, overseeing Cornell Capital’s portfolio companies Fekkai and Bastide. Before that, she was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Fresh and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Dior North America. She has also worked at Coty and L’Oréal USA across various brands. In addition, Kopiasz is an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Beiersdorf acquired Chantecaille in 2022 in a bid to expand its prestige beauty portfolio and strengthen its position in the US, China, and Korea. In the financial year 2024, the company says Chantecaille grew steadily and launched in mainland China.
