France-based Clarins Group is to invest €135m in a new production site in France.
The site, located in Sainte-Savine in the Parc du Grand Troyes, will be the company’s second production facility in France. The company already operates a site in Pontoise.
Clarins Group CEO & President Jonathan Zrihen said: “Our ambitious roadmap involves doubling our production, which leads us today to implement a second site. As a French company, the Clarins Group has always opted for ‘made in France’ and a short supply chain. This is why we are pleased to announce the imminent arrival of our new production plant in Sainte-Savine where we will contribute to local employment.”
Construction on the 13.5-hectare, Sainte-Savine facility will start at the end of the month and production is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2024.
