Clarisonic to shut down by September

L’Oréal-owned beauty device brand Clarisonic is to shut down on September 30, according to an announcement via the brand’s social media.

Clarisonic products are currently marked down 50% at its authorized retailers, Amazon, Sephora and Ulta Beauty, and on its website while supplies last.

L’Oréal USA acquired Pacific Bioscience Laboratories, maker of the Clarisonic skincare device, in 2011.

Pacific Biosciences Laboratories launched Clarisonic in 2004.
