The Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna show has opened today in Italy. The supply chain and retail areas of Cosmopack and Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics will be open from today until Saturday, March 18, in a bid to concentrate attendance of operators from abroad on week days. The Cosmo Hair, Nail and Beauty Salon part of the show will run from March 17-20.
This year’s show houses 2,900 exhibitors (+11% compared to 2022) from 64 countries. Show organizers say that visitors from 116 countries have pre-registered for the event. The show is expecting more than 220,000 visitors in total.
Key highlights at the show this year will be the Cosmoprof & Cosmopack Awards. For the first time, the award’s winners will be announced during a gala evening at the Palazzo Re Enzo, in the center of Bologna.
