Influencer marketing platform CreatorIQ has acquired influencer analytics platform Tribe Dynamics.
CreatorIQ says the acquisition will help it put more focus on data science and analytics. Tribe Dynamics will continue to operate as an independent company.
At the time of acquisition, San Francisco-based Tribe Dynamics said it saw new bookings increase 100% year-over-year with a 110% net retention rate in the first half of 2021. Tribe Dynamics’ clients include Sephora, Colourpop, Drunk Elephant and Burberry, among others.
CreatorIQ was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Los Angeles. Brands such as Sephora and Unilever use the platform.
CreatorIQ says that thanks to the acquisition it will now be the largest influencer marketing SaaS platform with 450 customers, 250 employees and $90m in funding.
