dsm-firmenich’s five new Principal Perfumers

dsm-firmenich has promoted five of its perfumers to Principal Perfumers in its Fine Fragrance team: Amandine Clerc-Marie, Bruno Jovanovic, Clément Gavarry, Dora Baghriche and Gabriela Chelariu.

Amandine Clerc-Marie is based in Paris. She created Burberry Goddess which launched in 2023.

Bruno Jovanovic, now based in Paris, spent half of his career working in the US. He most recently created Montblanc Explorer Platinum.

Clement Gavarry was born in France and has been based in New York City since 2000. He created Ariana Grande Cloud.

Dora Baghriche was born in Algiers where she spent her childhood and is now based in Paris. She most recently created Rabanne Fame and Narciso Rodriguez All of Me.

Gabriela Chelariu is based in New York and grew up in a small town in Romania. She studied at Romania’s University of Pharmacy and was introduced to perfumery while working in a research lab at an aroma company. Chelariu has created key launches at Bath & Body Works and Kayali by Mona Kattan.
