The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has named Bart Dubbeld Vice President/General Manager of Travel Retail Southeast Asia, effective October 1. Dubbeld will continue to report to ELC Travel Retail (TR) Asia Pacific (APAC) Senior Vice President/General Manager Karen Housman and be part of the TR APAC leadership team.
Dubbeld was previously TR APAC Vice President/General Manager for the Clinique and Dr. Jart+ brands. He has led TR APAC for the Clinique brand since 2017 and TR worldwide for Dr. Jart+ since 2020. He also led the travel-retail business in Thailand since 2020.
Dubbeld joined ELC in 2013 as the National Sales Manager for MAC Cosmetics in the Benelux affiliate. In 2015 he was named Travel Retail Americas Regional Director for the make-up brand.
