French beauty association La Fédération des Entreprises de la Beauté (FEBEA) has named Emmanuel Guichard director general. He succeeds Patrick O’Quin who is to retire.
Guichard has been secretary general of French plastic packaging manufacturing trade association Elipso since 2016.
