Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) announced that Georgia Garinois-Melenikiotou, executive vice president, corporate marketing, is to retire from the company, effective July 1, 2020.
ELC said that Garinois-Melenikiotou, who joined the company in 2010, was instrumental in laying the foundation for the company’s digital-first mindset.
