Last night, the CEW France held its annual Gala dinner, whose proceeds go towards the Centres de Beauté, which provide beauty treatments to patients suffering from cancer and other illnesses.
After having been cancelled last year due to the pandemic, the Gala took place once again at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, and 250 industry executives came out to support the event.
Speaking at the dinner, CEW France and Centres de Beauté President Françoise Montenay warmly thanked the event’s partners, whose donations enable the Centres de Beauté to provide 40,000 beauty treatments a year.
“All are convinced of the major benefits of these beauty treatments. They provide patients with personalized support, which help them reconcile themselves with their bodies and better fight against their disease. This sense of well-being is important for their physical comfort and for their self-esteem,” Montenay told BW Confidential.
She continued: “We draw our strength from our patrons, donors and the association’s volunteers. Without their generous donations, encouragement and the 7,600 volunteer hours, CEW France’s Centres de Beauté could never have become and remain what they are today.”
In support of CEW France and the Centres de Beauté, BW Confidential published a special brochure, which was distributed at the Gala event. The brochure highlights the work done by the Centres de Beauté and the benefits they bring to patients.
