L’Occitane Group has named Laurent Marteau Managing Director, effective September 1. Marteau will report to L’Occitane Group CEO and Vice-Chairman André Hoffmann.
Marteau has more than 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry. He worked at LVMH for 15 years in various senior management roles and countries before joining La Prairie (Beiersdorf) in 2014 as Vice President of Global Travel Retail & Special Channels, in addition to becoming a member of the brand’s Board of Directors.
In 2020 he was named Vice President Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa at La Prairie, in addition to his travel-retail role.
