L’Oréal has named Christina Fair President of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) for North America Zone, effective immediately. Fair succeeds Nathalie Gerschtein, who is to leave the company.
Fair will report to David Greenberg, CEO of L’Oréal USA and President of the North America Zone, as well as Alexis Perakis-Valat, President of the CPD for L’Oréal.
Fair was most recently President of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) in the North America Zone, a position she has held since 2020. L’Oréal says she established LDB as the company’s third-largest US division. Before that, Fair was US General Manager for SkinCeuticals. Her career at L’Oréal started in 2008 with leadership positions within the US CPD, including senior marketing roles with Garnier and Maybelline New York.
