French beauty brand L’Oréal Paris has launched its first line of virtual make-up, which it says will help beauty consumers adapt to the new ways they work and socialize.
Called Signature Faces, it includes three themes and 10 products that are only available digitally. The make-up is available on social-media platforms Instagram, Snapchat, Snap Camera and Google Duo.
The Snapcam integration means users can digitally wear the make-up to virtual social and work events hosted on platforms like Google Hangouts, Houseparty, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Twitch and Zoom.
The first collection, called Volumizing Capsules, include eye looks like appliqués around the eyes, gold eyelashes and bold, gold eyeliner, in addition to a shiny, deep red lip.
Collection number two, Plump Shot, gives a glossy, slightly tinted sheen to either the lips or eyes, while the third collection, Fire Match, includes bright eyeshadow looks in shades like purple and orange.
