Maesa ceo Gianni Pieraccioni

Beauty brand incubator and outsourcing company Maesa has named Gianni Pieraccioni ceo, effective February 1. Pieraccioni succeeds Maesa founder and ceo Julien Saada who will become chairman of the board and chief strategy officer.

Pieraccioni was previously executive vice president and president EMEA, Luxury and Consumer Beauty at Coty. Prior to that he held leadership positions at Revlon,  P&G and Johnson & Johnson.

Founded in 1997, Maesa has incubated the creation of brands including Kristin Ess, Flower Beauty, Hairitage and TPH by Taraji. Maesa has also partnered with retailers such as Target, Dollar General, Walmart, AS Watson’s, Boots, DM, Douglas, CVS and Ulta.
