Beauty brand incubator Maesa has appointed Carlos Lagravere Chief Operating Officer.
Lagravere has more than 25 years of end-to-end supply chain experience at companies including P&G and Ecolab. He spent over 20 years at P&G and led Beauty Care supply chain for the Latam region. He was most recently at Proximo Spirits
Maesa has nearly doubled revenues in the past three years since receiving investment from Bain Capital investment, according to the company.
Maesa’s brands include Kristin Ess, Hairitage, TPH by Taraji, Mix:Bar, Being Frenshe, and ITK Skincare.
