Marionnaud restructures management

Marionnaud Group CEO Kulvinder Birring

Beauty retailer Marionnaud has reorganized its management, which will see the departure of Gabriele Betti, Deputy CEO of Marionnaud Group and Arianna Di Prospero, General Manager of Marionnaud Italy.

Marionnaud says that the reorganization represents a shift from a market-based management structure to an integrated model across all its markets.

The restructuring is the first major move from the retailer since the appointment of its new CEO Kulvinder Birring earlier this year.

As reported, Kulvinder Birring was appointed as CEO of Marionnaud Group and Gabriele Betti as Deputy CEO in April. Birring was formerly CEO of AS Watson China, while Betti held the position of Managing Director, Marionnaud France, Italy and Central Europe.

As part of the reorganization, Emilio Leon has been appointed Sales Operations Director of Marionnaud Group, having previously served as Managing Director of Marionnaud Switzerland and Austria. In this new role, he will oversee and harmonize operations across all markets.

Tatiana Anton has been appointed Director of Shared Services for Marionnaud Group, leaving her previous role as General Manager of Marionnaud Central Europe. Anton will be responsible for managing shared services across all markets, with a focus on implementing integrated, data-driven solutions.

Marionnaud Group is a subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings. The retailer has more than 730 stores in eight European markets.
