French fragrance house Parfex (part of Croda) sponsored the 2025 class of the Grasse Institute of Perfumery, whose graduation and awards ceremony took place on December 17 at the Musée International de la Parfumerie in Grasse.
The students in this year’s class originated from 10 countries across three continents. They created fragrances inspired by the lights of Grasse. The winning scent, called Ahir, was created by Guillem Herms (Spain), Chung-Yi Kuo (Taiwan) and Yenchi Lin (Taiwan). It is meant to evoke the three towers of Grasse.
The fragrance will soon be displayed at the Grasse Tourist Office.
