Social-media personality Patrick Starrr has launched a cosmetics brand in partnership with brand incubator and venture fund Luxury Brand Partners.
Called ONE/SIZE, the brand is positioned as an inclusive beauty line and currently carries make-up removing products retailing between $15 and $24. The brand launched exclusively with Sephora (LVMH) online on July 17. It will roll out in-store across 523 locations in the US and Canada on July 30.
As of July 2020, Starrr has 4.6 million Instagram followers and 4.4 million YouTube subscribers.
As reported, Luxury Brand Partners raised $50m earlier this year from Bookend Capital Partners as part of a minority investment to develop its portfolio brands.
Luxury Brand Partners’ portfolio includes R+Co, Smith & Cult, IGK, V76 by Vaughn and In Common, and previously Oribe Hair Care, Becca and Pulp Riot.
The company was founded in 2012 and its brands are sold in 20 countries in retailers such as Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Neiman Marcus, Space NK and Blue Mercury.
