Procter & Gamble (P&G) has promoted Shailesh Jejurikar, currently Chief Operating Officer, to President and CEO, effective January 1, 2026. Jejurikar succeeds current CEO, Jon Moeller, who will become Executive Chairman.
Jejurikar joined P&G in 1989. He has been a member of the company’s global leadership team since 2014. P&G says Jejurikar helped build several of its core businesses including global Fabric Care and Home Care and in regions including North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
