Puig’s holding company Corporación Exea Empresarial and M3 Invest, a company owned by Payot president Hervé Lesieur, have acquired French skincare company Laboratoires Dermatologiques Uriage. Sold mainly in pharmacies, Uriage had sales of over €70m in 2010.
