
Digital company Revieve and Google Cloud have partnered with cosmetics brand Trinny London to launch the Trinny London Digital Skincare Advisor, which provides personalized skincare consultations and recommendations.
The tool integrates Google Cloud’s infrastructure with Revieve’s AI technology. It uses AI to analyze selfies, detect skin conditions and understand consumer preferences, including lifestyle behaviors and skin needs.
It offers advice and customized skincare routines, as well as personalized recommendations from Trinny London’s skincare products.
Revieve says that the tool puts a skincare guide at shoppers’ fingertips and gives them the information they need to make decisions about skincare products.
Revieve adds that 71% of consumers now expect personalized interactions.
