US-based Revlon Group Holdings has named Michelle Peluso CEO, effective November 4. Peluso will also join the company’s board of directors. Elizabeth Smith, who has been interim CEO and Executive Chair of the board since August 2023, will remain in her role as Executive Chair.
Peluso was most recently Chief Customer and Experience Officer at CVS Health. She has previously been Chief Marketing Officer at IBM and Citi, and CEO at Travelocity and Gilt. Peluso is also a member of the board of directors of Nike.
