French fragrance house Robertet has acquired a majority stake in Astier Demarest.
Founded in 1880, Astier Demarest is a family-owned business based in Grasse, France. It specializes in the sourcing and distribution of raw materials for the perfumery, cosmetics, aromatherapy and food flavoring sectors.
Robertet says the purchase will strengthen its sustainable sourcing of natural products.
