Shiseido has appointed Alberto Noé as EMEA President and CEO effective March 1, 2024. He will replace Franck Marilly, who will become EMEA Chairman.
Noé joined Shiseido in 2013 as country manager of Italy and was most recently Deputy EMEA CEO. He has previously worked at LVMH, Chanel and L’Oréal.
Marilly has been EMEA President and CEO since 2018. In his new position, Marilly will provide mentoring and guidance to Noé and focus on the expansion of the global fragrances business.
