Symrise has promoted Ricardo Omori to Deputy President Fragrance. In his new role, he will oversee the Fine Fragrance, Consumer Fragrance and Oral Care business units.
Omori has over 25 years’ experience in the fragrance industry and was most recently Vice President Global Fine Fragrance at Symrise. He is credited with having contributed to the transformation of Symrise’s fine fragrance division and its expansion in the area of natural ingredients.
Julianne Pruett will succeed Omori as Global President of Fine Fragrance. Pruett has been Fine Fragrance Vice President Sales for North America at Symrise since 2016. Symrise says that for the past seven years, she has led the turnaround of the North American business.
In addition, Symrise has named Véronique Ferval as Senior Vice President of Global Creation Fine Fragrance. Ferval will also lead the company’s natural fragrance brand Maison Lautier 1795.
