The Body Shop Interim CEO Ian Bickley leaves company

Interim CEO of The Body Shop Ian Bickley has left the company, following the completion of its sale to international private-equity group Aurelius.

Bickley was a member of board of The Body Shop’s former owner Natura &Co’s, before becoming Interim CEO in April 2023. In a statement, The Body Shop says Bickley was responsible for stabilizing the company, initiating the turnaround of its performance and guiding it through the sale process. The Body Shop added that now the sale is completed, “it is time to hand over leadership.”

The Body Shop says it will appoint a CEO in due course.
