US-based clean beauty retailer The Detox Market has acquired Canadian wellness and natural beauty online retailer Clementine Fields. The Detox Market says the acquisition will confirm its position in North America and help it grow its online consumer base.
The Detox Market has expanded in Canada in recent years with the acquisition of Toronto Retailer Husk in 2015 and e-commerce company FreshFaced.ca in 2016.
Clementine Fields was founded in 2013 and offers natural beauty, wellness and lifestyle products.
The Detox Market was founded in 2010 and retails eco-friendly, non-toxic, cruelty-free beauty, wellness, health and home brands. The retailer has six locations throughout the US and Canada.
