Shilla Duty Free temporarily closed its Jeju downtown store as of June 1 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As reported, the Jeju downtown store shortened its operating hours amid the pandemic. On February 7, it reduced hours by 30 minutes. On March 12, it reduced trading by one hour.
The store also closed temporarily in April due to the sharp drop in tourists caused by the pandemic.
Its Jeju Airport Store closed on March 19, while its Gimpo Airport Store closed March 21 and plans to re-open June 30.
The Shilla Duty Free Seoul store is currently open from 9:30am until 5:30pm.
