Beautyworld Middle East Awards to recognize emerging and established brands

Trade show Beautyworld Middle East will celebrate both established and emerging brands at its awards ceremony this year. The ceremony will take place at gala event on October 5 in Dubai as part of the trade show. The Beautyworld Middle East show will run from October 5 to 7 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Some 57 finalists have been shortlisted for the awards. This year’s awards received 190 entries.

The awards recognize companies, products and executives for achievements in the beauty industry in the following categories:

  • Homegrown talent of the year
  • Niche product of the year
  • Innovation of the year
  • Best marketing campaign of the year
  • Natural product of the year
  • Breakout star of the year
  • Cult classic of the year
  • Perfumer of the year

BW Confidential has been named Official Press Partner of the trade show’s awards and Editor in Chief Oonagh Phillips is part of the jury. As official press partner, BW Confidential will publish a special edition magazine covering the awards.

Beautyworld Middle East organizers claim that with international travel restrictions lifting, beauty companies from 50 countries will attend the event. The show will host 15 country pavilions.

The event will take place with strict health and safety measures, say the organizers, in accordance with government, local authority guidelines and the Dubai World Trade Center venue.

Visitors can also access the show’s new online event platform. The online version offers AI-powered matchmaking to connect with exhibitors either in-person or virtually, discovery features and the possibility of bookmarking sessions visitors wish to attend.
