Some 677 delegates from 235 companies attended travel-retail association TFWA’s Asia Pacific Live networking event, which took place in Singapore this week.
The event ran from May 9 to 11 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center, Singapore. It centered on networking, with both formal and informal meeting opportunities, and hosted a series of workshops.
Attendees included 261 representatives from 43 buyers and landlords, 100 representatives from 56 agents and 206 delegates from 83 brands, in addition to members of the press.
Some 411 meetings took place over the three days via TFWA’s One2One meeting service.
In addition to networking opportunities, the event featured six workshops. The workshops included a talk on how new technologies and modes of consumption are changing business by Futurist Charlie Ang and a session on Asia’s digital transformation.
Replays of the workshops will soon be available on TFWA’s online platform TFWA 365.
